* lisp/net/tramp-adb.el:
* lisp/net/tramp-container.el: Add myself as maintainer.

* lisp/net/tramp-compat.el (connection-local-default-application):
Define if not bound.
(tramp-compat-connection-local-p, tramp-compat-connection-local-value):
Use it.
